Registration for participation in the event AFQC 2024: scale up! (13 & 14 May 2024) is only possible online via this website.

The AFQC 2024: scale up! (13 & 14 May 2024) will take place in a hybrid format: In presence at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart and online via livestream and interaction options. Please note your participation request when pre-registering.

Participation in the AFQC 2024: scale up! (13 & 14 May 2024) is only possible via registration. We kindly ask you to fill in the fields of the registration form completely and correctly. After completing the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address you have provided.

A final registration confirmation entitling you to participate in the AFQC 2024: scale up! (13 & 14 May 2024) will be sent by the organising team by 21 April 2023.

Registration opens on 30 January 2024 and closes on 30 April 2024. After 30 April 2023, registration is only possible on request.

The registration website is provided by the DLR framework contract partner BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co.

Please indicate how you would like to participate when pre-registering:

online via livestream
(only registered and confirmed participants will receive the access link for online participation
via livestream approx. two days before the event),
or
on site at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart
(on the pre-event programme on 13 May 2024 and/or only on the main programme of the AFQC 2024: scale up! on 14 May 2024)
optional: the joint event organised by QuantumBW × DLR QCI
on site, directly afterwards on Tuesday, 14 May 2024 from 3 pm

Unfortunately, we cannot accept registrations for both options or without having made a selection.

Registration fees
We do not charge participation fees for the AFQC 2024: scale up!

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the event for unforeseeable reasons after you have registered,
please send your cancellation to VMSSupport@dlr.de
